Privacy Policy

Kibblr (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a personal cat-care tracking app built by Wanda (“the developer”). This policy explains what information Kibblr collects, why, and what control you have over it.

At a glance

  • No advertising or analytics software of any kind.
  • We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  • You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time, in the app.

1. Information we collect

Account information — Your email address, and, if you choose to add them, a display name and profile photo.

Cat profiles — Name, breed, date of birth, photo, and — if you provide them — an adoption or rehoming date and fee.

Health & cost records — Vaccine, medication, vet visit, grooming, boarding, and other entries you log for your cats, including any notes, dates, and costs you enter.

Photos — Any photos you upload of your cats.

Preferences — Your selected display currency.

Local reminders — Photo-milestone reminders are scheduled entirely on your own device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.

We do not collect your location, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any data from third-party trackers — Kibblr doesn’t include advertising or analytics software.

2. How we use your information

Solely to operate the app for you: authenticating your account, storing and syncing your cats’ records across your devices, reminding you about upcoming milestones, and tracking costs in your chosen currency. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties other than the infrastructure provider described below.

3. Where your data is stored

Kibblr is built on Firebase, a service operated by Google. Your data is stored and processed on Google Cloud infrastructure under Google’s own data-protection terms. We do not run our own servers and have no other sub-processors.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account stays active. Deleting your account (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account) permanently removes all of your cats, events, photos, and account information, typically within moments.

5. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can, directly in the app:

If you’re in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you’re in Malaysia or Singapore, you may contact us directly (below) about any request concerning your personal data under applicable data protection law.

6. Children

Kibblr isn’t directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if lower, to create an account.

7. International transfers

Because Kibblr runs on Google Cloud infrastructure, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Google provides standard contractual clauses and other safeguards for these transfers.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
