Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kibblr (the “app”), provided by Wanda (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Kibblr helps you track your cats’ health events, expenses, and photos, and reminds you of upcoming milestones. Kibblr is a personal record-keeping tool only — it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your cat’s health.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Kibblr. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you enter into Kibblr — your cats’ profiles, photos, and records (“Your Content”). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you within the app, solely to provide the service. We never use Your Content for any other purpose, including advertising or training.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kibblr for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you don’t have the right to share, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or its infrastructure.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes Your Content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Kibblr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost — we encourage you to export your data periodically as a personal backup.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on any reminder, record, or calculation it provides.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local law grants you mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
